The academic program at the State University of New York at Delhi is a seamless program offering one-year certificates, two-year associate degrees and four-year baccalaureate degrees. Each certificate and degree program provides students with the skills necessary for immediate employment or continuation of their education. This academic "ladder" approach allows students a variety of academic choices, depending on their individual goals.

Academic Programs and Services are the responsibility of the Provost, Dr. Dennis Callas , who reports to the President of the College, Dr. Candace S. Vancko .  

The secretary to the Provost is Barbara Kaplan . The telephone number is 607-746-4540.  The office is open Mondays through Fridays, from 8 am to 4 pm, and is located in Bush Hall, Room 133.   Summer hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm to support campus energy conservation efforts.
