Men's Track & Field Places 4th at Nationals
The Men's Track & Field Team placed 4th in the NJCAA Division III meet this past weekend for the third consecutive year.  Chris Mason was voted Male Athlete of the Meet for the NJCAA Division III National Championship meet.  This award is voted on by all coaches in the NJCAA.  Eric Stermer won the men's steeple chase at the National Championship event, earning 1st-Team All American.  Josh Schultheis took 2nd place inthe 1500 meter, earning 2nd-Team All American.

Freshman Track Standout Sets Meet Record
Chris Mason set a meet record this past weekend at the NJCAA Division III Championship meet.  Mason won the 5,000 meters in a meet-record time of 15 minutes, 15:15 seconds.  The previous record was held by a former SUNY Delhi athlete, Justin Wood (2004).  It is Mason's third national championship at Delhi.

Chris Mason Sets NJCAA Championship Record
Freshman, Chris Mason, set an NJCAA Division III Track and Field Championship meet record in the 10,000 meter on Thursday.  Mason lapped every runner on the track, crossing in 32 minutes, 12:32 to break the record by more than 10 seconds.

Two Men's Lacrosse Players Earn All-Region Honors
The 2008 Men's Lacrosse All-Region team was announced today.  Bob Dillon earned honors at midfield, while teammate Preston Christenson was named all-region on defense.
